This is an Online Auction, the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions set by QPA. Bidding within the last 2 minutes before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 2 minutes. Be prepared to bid accordingly.

All items that were not picked up within 14 days from the auction date will be re-listed on the next auctions with no refunds.
All sales are final. All items are sold “as-is”. No returns are accepted unless an item(New or Like New condition) does not match the listed description. If the lot doesn't match a description it must be returned within 14 days from the auction date for a full refund. No refunds are offered for items with listed conditions "Used", "Damaged" or "Other".
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect an item. Contact the QPA representative for inspection options prior to bidding. The buyer is accepting the item “as-is” after purchasing it.
The description of an item on the website is to the best of our knowledge and may contain inaccuracies or errors. In case of inaccurate description of the item, a full refund is provided by QPA.
QPA will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies.
All bidders must register and be in good standing with QPA in order to bid on items listed on the online auctions. QPA reserves the right to remove a bidder for not complying with the terms and conditions.
QPA account suspension
All bidders must have a valid payment method. If the payment doesn't go through for more than 3 invoices or a total of $500 - user's account will be suspended.
Starting bid for all items is $1.
A 14% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price, exclusive of any applicable sales taxes.
The Listing Fee of $1 applies to every lot.
All purchases are subject to Cuyahoga County sales tax of 8%.
An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered email at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your email within 24 hours after the close of the auction, please contact us at email@example.com.
All bidders must be registered at quarterpriceauction.com with their information added before placing a bid. Payments are collected at the close of bidding.
