Pick Up Guide

Thank you for choosing Quarter Price Auction! To help us serve all customers efficiently and make room for new inventory, please review our pick-up policy before bidding.

Pick-Up Deadline

All purchased items must be picked up within 7 calendar days of the auction closing date from the same warehouse where the lot was listed.

Please note: Lots cannot be transferred between warehouse locations.

Need More Time?

If you're unable to pick up your items within the initial 7-day pickup period, you may request one additional 7-day extension.

To request an extension:

  • Text the appropriate warehouse within the first 7 days after your auction closes.

  • Include your name and invoice number in your message.

  • Once approved, your items will be moved to our designated storage area for the extended hold period.

Extension requests received after the initial 7-day period cannot be approved.

Abandoned Items

Items that are not picked up within 7 days and do not have an approved extension will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned items may be:

  • Resold in future auctions

  • Donated

  • Recycled or otherwise responsibly disposed of when necessary

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for abandoned items.

Helpful Pick-Up Tips

To make your pick-up quick and hassle-free:

  • Inspect your items before leaving the warehouse.

  • Ask a staff member if you need assistance loading large or heavy items.

  • Bring a truck, trailer, or additional help for oversized purchases.

  • Bring blankets, straps, or tie-downs to safely secure furniture and other large items during transport.

  • Pick up your items as early as possible to avoid last-minute scheduling conflicts.
