All lots must be picked up from our warehouse; no shipping services are provided.

Pick-Up Terms:

• Pick up at: 4800 Van Epps Rd #103, Brooklyn Hts, OH 44131.

• Must pick up within 7 days of auction.

• Request up to 7 extra days via text to 440-539-3537.

• Unclaimed items will be resold with no refund.

Bidding:

• $1 starting bid on all items.

• Highest bid at close wins.

• Bids in the final minute extend closing time by 1 minute.

• 14% buyer’s premium + $1 listing fee per lot.

Item Conditions:

• Conditions range from New to Used, Damaged, or Other (possible missing parts or issues).

• Condition details and photos are provided where possible.

Returns:             All sales are final.

            Returns are only accepted for items listed as "New" or "Like New" if they do not            match the description, and must be returned within 14 days of the auction date.

Items marked as "Used," "Damaged," or "Other" are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Payment:

• Valid payment method required to bid.

• Invoices sent next business day and auto-charged.

• Pay online via credit/debit card or PayPal.

• 8% sales tax applies (Cuyahoga County).

• Account Suspension:

• Accounts with unpaid invoices will have bidding privileges suspended until payment is resolved.

  Abandoned lots may result in permanent suspension of the account.
